All our beef is locally sourced and hand picked at Darlington auction market every Thursday. The beef is then left to mature for 21 days to guarantee a succulent tender tasty piece of beef.

From your Sunday Joints, Sirloin steaks, mince and Flat rib you can find most cuts available to order. If there is anything you require missing dont hesitate to contact us.
